You had to know that answer to this before you asked. Exactly like a B-2 or B-21. If you want to go ultra modern, no cockpit. Either way its going to be a flying wing as speed is much more expensive than stealth.

A major factor not being considered is the altitude at which these speeds are achieved. Maybe the J model flies higher and in addition doesn't loose as much horsepower while doing so.
