Not completely correct. I booked through Mercury Holidays and was able to do both. The issue is that OneTwoTrip also doesn't provide any seat selection. It is really weird as I had no problems on Lufthansa leg and also didn't have any issues with airlines like Turkish, Emirates or AZAL. @bennett123...

Its also the market Positioning. Condor is trying to Position it as a bit higher standard carrier compared to EW or discover. But now, condor comes in and has free streaming on their A320.
