Qantas has just lost the Baggage Handlers unfair dismissal case a third time in the Hight Court. As this was heard by all 7 Justices, there aren't any more avenues for appeal. Or... the aviation industry looks at how people who don't work in the aviation industry, and with modest money (i.e. not people flying in private jets) are thinking and decides to change. Either the aviation industry changes willingly.... or those changes will be imposed by anti-aviation politician...
