Portugal has done reasonably well, so I wouldn't group it with Spain.

But you are right that now is now the time to open borders. By July? Still seems a little early. Testing people as they leave will simplify things a lot but I imagine it will take a while to set up that kind of system.

It does seem to have a very limited set of flights on sale for April. Mainly to the UK.

It is very close to 0 network wide but Ireland has a few left because of its island status (presumably).

I believe the airport is suggesting that it would keep charges flat. The regulator wants to reduce the price by €2 per passenger though.
