You'd think they would use Etihad given that they are the club sponsor

Re: Boeing 797

It seems very confusing on what Boeing wants with its 797. All the videoes and pictures I have seen on this thing it appears that it looks just like a 767-200. Dont you think Boeing could have saved billions of dollars on this new aircraft and updated the 767-2 with a new wing, new 787 like engines...

Re: MAN news - 2018

In other news, Iraqi Airways look to be increasing to 2 weekly, with Baghdad on Saturdays and Sulimanyah on Sundays this summer. Great news I've been trying to find out if Iraqi would operate this year. Been twice in the past to see this and failed. fingers crossed for 2018. on another note I agree...

Re: Boeing officially forms program office to flesh out 797 plans

Easy take a 767, Update the cabin and flightdeck. Give it new wings (787 style) and some Genx engines. Then forget the 787 ever came about. :-)

Re: Boeing may consider restarting 767 pax model production

I was discussing this a few days ago with a friend. Surely a 767 2.0 or Max will be cheaper than starting from scratch. Imagine the 767 with the GenX (748) Engines, redesigned wing i.e 787 style or with Scimitars. Boeing could easily update the flight deck and cabin. To me this would have been a bet...

British Airways and the 747 were made for each other and it is 1 of the most recognised AC and airlines all over the world. Yes the 777 may be ...
