UA did not fly a scheduled SFO-GUM service pre covid. There were a number of SFO-GUM flights during covid loaded with cargo but they didn't carry passengers.

I think the title of #1 goes to LHR but TPE has a ton of capacity. It might have the most seats over the Pacific.
