I have done this only outside of the United States. I did it on Jetstar out of Singapore. Once you did your bag and boarding pass, there was a separate desk for the document check.

Having some familiarity with Skyteam Cargo, it seemed better in theory than actuality. It was easier to set up SPA agreements with the airlines you transfer too than deal with your partner airlines.

On the large tugs I have worked around, the connection was the same between the tug and different towbars. The connection between the tow bar and plane would be different between aircraft types.

The Gateway hotels are off of Camp Creek Parkway on the West side of the airport. The Renaissance Concourse is off of Hartsfield Drive on the Northside of the airport. The Global Entry interviews are in the International terminal on the Eastside of the airport. The hotels are off airport.

Some states have been dragging their feet impleminting real ID. I have had it in the state of Georgia since I think 2016. It did not take that long, I think I spent less than 30 minutes at the DMV. I had to provide all the requirements only once. After that just regular renewals.

It is not all bad in Indonesia. There are a lot of things I like and a lot of things I don't. I enjoy Indonesia once I get there. I have no love lost for immigration and customs at the airports. Flying in Indonesia leaves a lot to be desired, but I put up with it.

I think the KE schedule to ICN is close to pre covid levels. However, a lot of the regional Asia flights are not back yet. Many cities are operating as less than daily as passenger flights.
