The solution is pretty straightforward the way I see it :D
Build A-B connector. Move AC to UA's gates and DL gets 3 new gates.
Build A-E bridge so hundreds of passengers don't have to take a bus. It's also more environmentally friendly :D

That makes sense based on 1) the NEOs are more fuel efficient, which of course makes for a bigger cost saving on longer routes, 2) looking at the current 75G routes, the majority of which are short hops, and 3) the previously mentioned handful of retirements.
