Water Main Break at LGA.

Seems like there was a water main break at LGA Terminal B and there are no restrooms for passengers or employees. The Port Authority has had portable toilets in use for several hours now. That new terminal can't finish soon enough.

I travel domestically pretty often and have always found MCO to have the longest TSA lines. However, I flew out of SEA on a Sunday at 4p and have never experienced lines so long at the checkpoint nearest the B gates. If my hotel didn't honor my 2 pm late check out request I may have missed my flight...

My main grip with the CRJ is also the low placement of the windows. Luckily I haven't flown on a CRJ in many years. I definitely remember knowing when the gear was lowered because of the loud bang.

I flew into the MAT from BOS one Saturday and I was surprised at how small and bare bones the gate area is. Kinda like one large room.
Must be just as miserable as the CTB/Concourse A was during delays or peak times.

I would say that terminal 7 is about 75% complete. The gates at the end were being worked on when I was last there in early Nov. Terminal 8 seemed to be moving along more slowly with the renovation. The new TSA is also up and running.

I think AA does a pretty good job with ORD. I rarely have any issues with delays flying to or through ORD on AA. The few times I now see any of the old American branding next to the current I'm glad and pleased. The silver and AA just looks so dated now. The new is very modern and stands out well. I love going to MIA or CLT and seeing 10 of more new AA tails lined up.

I've noticed that AA has arrivals at a Gate 342 occasionally. Often its the B789 evening flight from DFW and can't seem to figure out where this gate is located. I'm thinking it's one of those gates at the far west at LAX that uses buses to transport passengers to the main terminal area?

I agree deltadawg, the DL 739ER's don't seem bad to me either. 26 A,F are the most comfortable to me. The wall lines up perfectly to rest my head on however the A321's have more of a gap, so it's not as comfortable. Also the interior of the 739ER looks more modern to me.

I fly often on mostly U.S. carriers and remember particular F/A's by how well they perform their duties and interact with others. Not by their appearance. I agree that a lot of the senior flight attendants are more friendly and seem to enjoy their career compared to younger ones.

FL also had flights between RIC and PHL for a short time. I flew this route 2x. On a side note, in Sept 2 of the 3 AA RIC-DFW flights will change to 738s
