Deicing Antenna On A Citation 560?

Check out the top antenna there. Is the black part on the leading edge of it for deicing? Seems like they would have put some deicing features on the vertical stab too?

Not for deicing. Thats an errosion strip. Its made of corrosion resistant metal. You find them primarily on antennas for high performance aircraft. Without it, many fibreglass based antennas would suffer damage from errosion rather quickly.
