Proper Dimensions For Vertical Shots

Hi, everyone. On my recent trip, I naturally did some spotting and got some pretty good vertical pictures. I was wondering, though, what the dimensions should be when I resize them for possible submission. I found out, however, that 683 x 1024 doesn't work. So which dimensions do? Thanks.

Hi,

The allowed dimensions are the same as for landscape shots, only reversed, so at 1024 pixels high, you can pick any width between 683 and 768.

As Peter said, the same dimensions as for normal photos only reversed.

Just curious why you think 683 x 1024 doesn't work?

Yea, this should be fine. I've had a few shots accepted at 683x1024.

I tried it and for some reason it made th epicture look way too wide.
