Monitor Calibration

Can anyone reccomend a good tool for Monitor Calibration. i just used Adobe Gamma and after about 20 mins I have a blinding headache  Smile It seems to bright.

Any tips?

FWIW I have a View Sonic VP201s LCD

As a hardware tool I can recommend you the MonacoOptixXr from X-Rite.
A very nice tool which saves you the headache  Smile
